The boundaries of the town shall be as established by the annexation order of the
Circuit Court of Washington County, Virginia, entered in Law Order Book "S", page
173, on the 17th day of April, 1948, and an order of the Circuit Court of Washington
County, Virginia, contracting the corporate limits of the Town of Abingdon as entered
on November 22, 1950, in Law Order Book 27, page 24, which are incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof.
